(A) Slit lamp examination showed stromal edema. (B) Anterior segment optical coherence tomography showed stromal thickening with a diffuse hyper-reflective area in the anterior stroma. A keratic precipitate was found. (C) Complete resolution of the stromal edema at the end of treatment.
