A 41 years old ,white female suffered from severe pain in her left eye, with microcystic corneal edema and radial keratoneuritis .Culture and corneal byopsia was made, and all tests were negative.The treatment including topical dexametasona 0.1% ophthalmic solution and oral acyclovir successfully controlled the corneal edema and the pain."}
