A 48-years-old brown skin male presented nasal pterygium in right eye, associated with a small and poorly pigmented lesion located on the pterygium head. Both were excised without complications and, currently, there is no recidivation. The histopathological examination revealed one lesion with defined edges, limited to the epithelium, consisted of spindle cells perpendiculars to the surface and with sparse melanin pigmentation.
