Bimatoprost is commonly used as the drug of first choice in the treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma. Conjunctival hyperemia, eyelash growth, enophthalmos, periocular skin pigmentation, deep lid sulcus and itching eyes have been reported in patients that daily received single dosages during a three month period.
