Objective: To describe the epidemiological profile, complications and visual acuity improvement in patients submitted to penetrating keratoplasty in the Policlínica de Botafogo-RJ. Methods: Cross – sectional and retrospective study, carried out from January 2014 to April 2018, with review of 27 charts of patients submitted to transplantation.
