ABSTRACT Objective To determine the incidence of the congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction in Down Syndrome children and its treatment. Methods Retrospective study with medical records of 33 patients with Down Syndrome treated at the Peri-Peri Health Center from July 7, 2004 to October 14, 2009.
