Graduated in Medicine at the University of São Paulo (1984), Master in Medicine (Ophthalmology) at the Federal University of São Paulo (1992) and PhD in Medicine (Ophthalmology) at the Federal University of São Paulo (1997). He is currently an associate professor at the State University of Londrina. He has experience in the field of OPHTHALMOLOGY, with an emphasis on Clinical Surgery, mainly in the specialty of RETINA and cataracts, working on the following theme: AMD (age-related macular degeneration). He works in the Undergraduate Course in Medicine and in the Postgraduate Program in Health Sciences at the State University of Londrina. Leader of the Eye Pathologies Research Group.
