Vice-President of the Brazilian Society of Retina and Vitreous (2012-2014). Acts as a specialist in Retina and Vitreous at São Rafael Hospital – Monte Tabor Foundation, Salvador-BA, acting mainly on the following themes: Diabetic Retinopathy, Macular Diseases, Laser Treatment, Vitrectomy, Cataract Surgery and Retinal Detachment.
