Exuberant iris rubeosis in the right eye of an 83-year-old patient, with development of total cataract, after central venous occlusion. The intraocular pressure was 48 mmHg. Despite complaints of progressive painless hypovision for several years, it was the first ophthalmological observation of the patient, who was surprised by this eye’s poor visual prognosis.[14]
