ABSTRACT Topography-guided ablation was designed to improve corneal regularity throughout the correction of corneal high order aberrations. The present report described three cases with different indications for topography-guided ablation to correct irregular astigmatism. The patients were monitored in the immediate and late postoperative periods to evaluate long-term corneal stabilization.
