The purpose of this case report is to describe a new technique to re-establish a scleral fixation of one luxated haptic, which previous suture ruptured, causing the fall of the intraocular lens into the vitreous cavity. Considering that the patient underwent two penetrant keratoplasty surgeries, there was a major concern to cause minimal intraocular manipulation and less surgical trauma.
