ABSTRACT A 46-year-old male who was already diagnosed with keratoconus presented with hydrops followed by a small corneal perforation. At first, the perforation was managed with a cyanoacrylate glue and therapeutic contact lens; however, the advanced keratoconus did not allow stabilization of the contact lens, and the patient developed intense pain, making it impossible to maintain the cyanoacrylate glue.
