We report the case of a 31-year-old woman who presented with a nine-month history of blurred vision in her left eye. Slit-lamp examination and optical coherence tomography showed four cystic masses hanging at the pupillary margin of the left eye. The purpose of this study is to report a intraorbital melanoma case with atypical and aggressive presentation, forming a large painful mass with erythematosus and inflammatory aspect protruding from the left orbit with eyeball damaged at its peak. Piece analysis identified malignant melanoma compound of epithelioid, spindle and anaplastic cells.

Metastasis in choroidal melanoma is frequent on advanced diseases, involving mainly the liver, lungs and central nervous system. We report a case of cutaneous metastasis in choroidal melanoma because is an unusual condition, even in advanced disease.

Cornea intraepithelial dysplasias are lesions with low risk of malignancy within the spectrum of intraepithelial neoplasia of the ocular surface. These areas are presented as dysplasias or leukoplasias and are associated with the presence of human papillomavirus (HPV), a major risk factor. In this report, the authors describe a case of a corneal intraepithelial dysplasia treated by surgical excision, with histological confirmation and negative DNA hybridization for HPV.
