ABSTRACT Amyloidosis is characterized by extracellular deposition of protein amyloid fibrils in tissues, including conjunctiva, which are insoluble in proteolytic proteins. Conjunctival amyloidosis specifically in the palpebral conjunctiva is a rare finding in clinical practice.
