PURPOSE: To determine the frequency of glaucoma and evaluate the behavior of 24-hour intraocular pressure in patients with the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). METHODS: Eleven consecutive patients with OSAS, diagnosed by polysonography, were avaliated in a cross sectional study.
