Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease is an autossomical, dominant inherited tumour syndrom. These tumours may include haemangioblastoma in the retina and central nervous system (CNS), renal cell carcinoma, phaeochromocytoma, islet cell tumours of the pancreas, cystadenoma in the kidney, pancreas, and epididymis.
