Fuchs’ heterochromic iridocyclits or Fuchs’ Syndrome is a kind of uveitides relatively uncommon. Affect equally both genders, between 20-45 years old, in the classic features include a chronic unilateral nongranulomatous inflammation in anterior uvea, insidious onset, low-grade in activity, and unresponsive to corticosteroid therapy. Usually has a good prognosis, except for the development of cataract and glaucoma, pathologies associated with syndrome.
