We report the case of a 31-year-old woman who presented with a nine-month history of blurred vision in her left eye. Slit-lamp examination and optical coherence tomography showed four cystic masses hanging at the pupillary margin of the left eye. Neodymium:Yttrium-Aluminum-Garnet (Nd:YAG) laser photocoagulation was used to rupture the wall (cystotomy), drain the cyst content and shrink the remnants of the pigment epithelium, using laser parameters at the lowest effective levels.
