ABSTRACT A 27-year-old healthy man with a history of bilateral photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) enhancement after femtosecond laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) presented with decreased uncorrected distance visual acuity (UDVA) of 20/125 in the right eye (OD) and 20/300 in the left eye (OS) six months after PRK.
