Multiple myeloma (MM) leads to disorderly proliferation of plasma cells clones, producing monoclonal immunoglobulin and commonly presents osteolytic lesions. In some cases, however, masses called plasmocytomas are found. Ocular and orbital involvement is unusual in this pathology.
