The authors report a case of bilateral endogenous fungal endophthalmitis occurred after decompression nephrostomy due to secondary obstructive pyelonephritis the treated nephrolithiasis initially with intravitreal voriconazole (100 mg / 0.1 ml) but evolved without therapeutic response requiring the posterior vitrectomy (23G).

Cogan’s syndrome is characterized by interstitial keratitis non-syphilis associated with vertigo, tinnitus and sensorineural hearing loss. We report a case that illustrates a model of multidisciplinary intervention in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Paciente de 48 anos com história de trauma periorbitário contuso apresentou estrabismo vertical e diplopia secundários à avulsão de músculo reto inferior. Após avaliação oftalmológica e tomográfica, o tratamento precoce cirúrgico das lesões com reparo anatômico permitiu melhora nos deficits de motilidade com resolução da diplopia.
