The aim of this report is to describe a case of iridocornel endothelial syndrome with the clinical variant essential iris atrophy, which presents concomitant congenital hypertrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium in the same eye.
Essencial iris atrophy associated with congenital hypertrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium
(A) Fundus photography of the right eye showing a circumscribed yellow-orange choroidal mass located along the inferotemporal vascular arcade.
