We present a case of optic neuritis secondary to Chikungunya virus infection. Male, 46 yo, initial symptoms were pain and low visual acuity in the right eye associated to fever and symmetrical polyarthralgia one week ago. At the examination the visual acuity was 20/60 in the right eye and 20/20 in the left eye, fundoscopy showed papillo edema on the right eye.
