A 34-year-old white man presented with a sudden unilateral recurrent visual loss. Fundus examination and fluorescein angiography revealed severe retinal vein occlusion. An antiphospholipid syndrome was discovered during etiological check up. The authors present a case of intralenticular metallic foreign body, in a metallurgist patient, with lateness diagnosis. They describe the importance of clinical exame, the surgical technical that was used to remove the foreign body of the crystalline and necessity to divulge and promote preventive ways at the occupational and domestical ambients.

We report two cases of orbital fat prolapse. One associated with Graves’ ophthalmopathy. Both patients presented similar clinical exams and an increase in intraorbital fat as seen in computerized orbital tomography. The patient with Graves’ ophthalmopathy also presented an increased volume in orbital muscles in the tomography. This work seeks to include Graves’ ophthalmopathy as differential diagnosys for Orbital fat prolapse.

The article presents a histologic study of a rare recurrent iris melanoma seven months after iridocyclectomy, in a 45-year-old female patient. After enucleation, the histopathological examination of the ocular globe demonstrated the persistence of a small tumor fragment in iridectomy stump, developing the neoplasia recurrence. We report a 41-years-old woman with idiopathic intracranial hyperthension (psedotumor cerebri syndrome) that presented with visual loss in one eye due to subretinal neovascular membrane involving the macular area.
