ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate the population awareness of glaucoma. Methods A cross-sectional, descriptive, non-controlled study, using a questionnaire to collect data. The questions addressed sociodemographic profile and glaucoma, and were asked to individuals, before and after the presentation of an educational video on glaucoma.
