OBJECTIVE: To relate the efficacy of Molteno third generation glaucoma implant in four glaucoma patients. METHODS: Four glaucoma patients were submitted to Molteno third generation glaucoma implant. We evaluated intraocular pressure (IOP), visual acuity (VA), biomicroscopy exam and complications until six months after surgery.
