Here we report a rare case of pseudotripling of optic disc in a 50-year-old asymptomatic male patient. Orbital magnetic resonance image confirmed presence of only one optic nerve.

The purpose of this research is to describe a clinical study of a male patient who experienced late-blindness due to traumatic optic neuropathy after getting into a bicycle accident.
