ABSTRACT This case series evaluates the visual outcomes of two trifocal intraocular lenses, the ZFR00V and TNFT00, in cataract surgery patients. Nineteen patients (38 eyes) were bilaterally implanted with one of the two intraocular lenses. Postoperative assessments included uncorrected and corrected distance, intermediate, and near visual acuities, as well as patient-reported satisfaction and photic phenomena.
