Um paciente com história de trabeculectomia com Mitomicina C 0,02%, sem doenças sistêmicas pré-existentes, apresentou infiltrado lipídico corneano unilateral associado à vascularização intraestromal profunda. Injeção subconjuntival de Bevacizumabe foi realizada e posterior ceratoplastia penetrante. Não houve sinais de recorrência em um ano.

Nós relatamos um caso de ceratite após facoemulsificação de catarata com implantação de lente intraocular em uma paciente de 65 anos. A paciente inicialmente passou cirurgia para catarata no olho direito. A inflamação apareceu no segundo dia pós-cirurgia, inicialmente tratada como Toxic Anterior Segment Syndrome (TASS). A inflamação foi reduzida e a visão melhorou, porém uma ceratite progressiva e agressivo destruiu a córnea devido à demora do diagnóstico correto. The purpose of this study is to report a intraorbital melanoma case with atypical and aggressive presentation, forming a large painful mass with erythematosus and inflammatory aspect protruding from the left orbit with eyeball damaged at its peak. Piece analysis identified malignant melanoma compound of epithelioid, spindle and anaplastic cells.

The objective of the authors is to report the case of a tarsal fibroma, a tumoration on the superotemporal side of the right orbit with slow growth over the years. Analysis of the anatomical specimen obtained from the tarsal region showed a well-defined lesion, consisting of deposition of dense collagen fibers, with fusiform cells without atypia, with coating conjunctival cells, featuring fibroma of the tarsal plate.

Os autores fazem uma atualização da presença do espessamento de coroide, um achado de tomografia de coerência óptica com imagem de profundidade melhorada (EDI-OCT) empatologias retino-coroidianas como coroido-retinopatia central serosa, espessamento de coroide com neovascularização, vasculopatiacoroidianapolipoidal e espessamento de coróide com epiteliopatia.
