Malignant glaucoma is an entity characterized by intraocular pressure (IOP) with a shallow anterior chamber in the presence of a patent peripheral iridectomy. In its classic form, malignant glaucoma is rare but one of the most serious complications of fistulizing surgery in patients with narrow angle or angle closure glaucoma. In this case we have a female patient who developed crisis of ciliary block glaucoma (malignant) during performance of circadian IOP curve with dynamic contour tonometer.

PURPOSE: To develop free software (SAEVI) to improve the vision stimulation services. METHODS: The software of visual stimulation service (SAEVI) was developed in microsoft Acess®, version 2003. Métodos: Foi desenvolvido software para Ambulatório de Estimulação Visual (SAEVI) utilizando-se microsoft Acess®, versão 2003. RESULTADOS: Este sistema de gerenciamento de banco de dados permitecontrole eficaz dos pacientes atendidos, consultasespecíficas aos mesmos,como:diagnóstico oftalmológico e ano da consulta, bem como outras opções, fornecendo relatórios de cada item. CONCLUSÃO: Profissionais que trabalhamcom estimulação visualou áreas afins,podemse beneficiar com a utilização do software para organizar suas rotinas detrabalho.

PURPOSE: To evaluate the inflammatory response in the choroid, retina and vitreous in rabbit eyes underwent cryotherapy followed by intravitreal triamcinolone acetonide and to compare with those underwent cryotherapy followed by intravitreal injection of saline solution.
