Abstract This is a case report of a patient with concomitant Keratoconus (KC), Fuchs Endothelial Dystrophy (FED) and cataract with corneal decompensation submitted to Posterior Lamellar Corneal surgery (Descemet’s Membrane Endothelial Keratoplasty – DMEK) associated with phacoemulsification with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation.
