The authors relate an uncommon case of macular hole following electric burn. They describe an uncommon physiopathology, which is different from traumatic and idiopathic macular hole.

This article reports a case of a female five years old child with rare syndrome of Wilderwanck wich consists in a association of KlippelFeil syndrome and Duane syndrome and auditive hypoacusia. Ocular examination reveals alterations of cervical column, bilateral abduction limitations, aduction limitation of right eye associated with enophthalmos, palpebral fissure decrease, anisotropia in A, lateroversions esotropia and bilateral neurosensorial auditive hypoacusia. Our patient reveal an association of Klippel-Feil Syndrome type II with bilateral Duane Syndrome.

We decribed a case of endothelitis that began with keratoneuritis in patient who wore soft contact lens and saline solution with poor hygiene. A 41 years old ,white female suffered from severe pain in her left eye, with microcystic corneal edema and radial keratoneuritis .Culture and corneal byopsia was made, and all tests were negative.The treatment including topical dexametasona 0.1% ophthalmic solution and oral acyclovir successfully controlled the corneal edema and the pain.

Topiramate is a kind of sulfamate-substituted monosaccharide of oral presentation to be used primarily as an anticonvulsant and it doesn’t have structural relation with any other antiepileptic agents. This wide range antiepileptic drug has been used in the management of migraine, depression and neuropathic pain. Since it was approved as an anticonvulsant, many reports related to ophthalmological adverse effects have been published. This article reports a case of a female child, nine-years old, with a history of proptosis and progressive decrease of visual acuity.
