ABSTRACT Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of high-dose oral riboflavin treatment combined with sun exposure in preventing the progression of keratoconus. Methods: A retrospective, multicenter observational study involving 53 keratoconus patients (106 eyes) from three Brazilian cities.
