The orbital pseudotumor is a benign idiopathic inflammatory disease. The authors present a case manifested in 12 years old boy, diagnosed by clinical, laboratory and radiological examination. It was portrayed in the present study a case report of a patient who developed toxic optic neuritis after exposure to methanol and acetic acid by inhalation in the workplace .
