Choroid metastasis have been considered the most common ocular malignancy. Early detection allows arrangements to provide tumor reduction and to improve visual quality. Many treatments have been proposed to aim these objectives. This work reviews clinical characteristics, diagnosis and monitoring methods, characteristics of complementary exams, and treatments used in patients with this disease.

Incontinentia Pigmenti (Bloch-Sulzberger syndrome) is a rare, X-linked dominant disorder that involves ectodermal tissues of multiple systems. Two cases of mycosis fungoides associated with HTLV-I are reported. The ophthalmological findings were, in the first case, punctate keratopathy and keratoconjunctivitis sicca, and in the second case, keratoconjunctivitis sicca, thickening and difuse nodulos on eyelid margin. The association of mycosis fungoides and HTLV-I in these cases suggests involvement of this agent in the pathogenesis of the disease.

The report shows a case of post-traumatic ophthalmomyiasis in a chronic alcoholic patient with orbitozygomatic fracture, it describes the importance of early treatment and the association of Ivermectin and surgical removal of larvae.

The aim of this article is to demonstrate the probable relationship between the recurrence of toxoplasmic retinochoroiditis and refractive surgery (LASIK). The case consists in a toxoplasmic retinochoroditis recurrence observed in a 33-year-old patient after a LASIK surgery. Fundoscopy revealed a retinochoroiditis focus in activity in the left eye seventeen days after the surgery, adjacent to an old scar of ocular toxoplasmosis. The authors present findings that reinforce possible causal links between LASIK and the recurrence of toxoplasmic retinochoroiditis.
